Hi GWiCS, Hope week 3 is off to a great start! 💯💪🌟 Just a reminder that our first GWiCS study session is tomorrow! That's Tuesday September 24th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM in Reynolds 1101. Come hang out, meet new people, eat snacks and get help with your homework! 👌💻 Upcoming Events: * Mark your calendars - GWiCS is hosting a Women in Development Panel on Tuesday October 8th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM! * Female developers from local companies are coming to campus to answer your questions about working in the tech industry. This panel-style event is a great way to connect with mentors, learn about developers' experiences and see where your degree could take you! * Food will be served! More details coming soon. * Last call for CAN-CWiC<https://www.can-cwic.ca/>! This is a Canadian computing conference for women in technology runs Nov 8th & 9th. * We're trying to organize travel/possible funding. Hi GWiCS, Hope you're enjoying O-Week so far! 🎉😎👍 Our next event is tomorrow - get ready for Ice Cream with GWiCS! We will meet at 2:00pm in front of Reynolds, then walking over to the Boathouse. This event is free! The walk is about 20 minutes - there's a bus stop on Gordon St right near the Boathouse if you'd rather meet us there.
