You transition from routine security monitoring to having to distill information from a myriad of sources in real time in order to protect your organizations assets and information, all while feeding the insatiable appetite for updates and situational awareness from senior and executive leadership. How do you prepare for this? How do you ensure your team is prepared for this? Tune in and find out!
