What: Resiliency Workshop with Dr. Sara Kafashan
When: Tuesday October 29th [5:30 - 6:30 pm]
Where: Reynolds 1101
Who: ALL computing students are welcome!
Dr. Sara Kafashan is the Mental Well-Being Facilitator within Student Wellness Services. In this role, she leads all mental well-being educational programming and all mental health training on campus.
At this workshop, Sara will be sharing tips and strategies to increase student resilience and overall well-being.
Snacks will be provided! π©π This is a great chance to take a quick study break and learn some concrete
ways to reduce your stress levels in this busy time.
