Mark your calendars - GWiCS is hosting a Women in Development Panel on Tuesday October 8th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM!

Female developers from local companies are coming to campus to answer your questions about working in the tech industry. This panel-style event is a great way to connect with mentors, learn about developers' experiences and see where your degree could take you!
Food will be served! More details coming soon.

Last call for CAN-CWiC! This is a Canadian computing conference for women in technology runs Nov 8th & 9th.

We're trying to organize travel/possible funding. If you're planning on attending, please add your name to this list before midnight tomorrow so we can get approximate numbers!

If you’re interested in getting involved, email gwics@uoguelph.ca with a few sentences introducing yourself, your year/program and why you're volunteering. Deadline to apply is Monday September 30th, then student voting will happen that week.
