Dear CEPS community,
As we continue to advance preparation and planning to bring forward to Senate in June a proposal to create two colleges from our current College of Engineering and Physical Sciences,
I have formed two ad hoc committees. The role of these committees is to advise me throughout this process and help prepare the proposal for Senate. The members of the two committees are as follows:

The Chair of each committee will sit as a non-voting member of the other committee. This is being done to ensure transparency and working collaboratively as we move forward.
Both Chairs are engaging with faculty and staff throughout this process and welcome your input. They, along with our VPSA and AVPA, will also continue to engage students through our
formal student governance channels.
