Dr. Sara Kafashan is the Mental Well-Being Facilitator within Student Wellness Services. In this role, she leads all mental well-being educational programming and all mental health training on campus. At this workshop, Sara will be sharing tips and strategies to increase student resilience and overall well-being.
Snacks will be provided! ๐ฉ๐ This is a great chance to take a quick study break and learn some concrete ways to reduce your stress levels in this busy time.
